All prints in my shop are professionally scanned and printed by a fine art printers/framer. I can promise you the colours are as superb as the original artworks. They are printed on fine art paper and every order comes with a thank you card and free stickers! <3 Quality is my biggest priority and I have worked extremely hard to offer you the best quality I can.

Once I have shipped your order you will receive your tracking information so that you can keep up to date with your order! The company I use is ‘An Post’ so you can check there for updates :) I ship internationally! If you don’t see your country available please message me and if I can accommodate you I will :)

All my packaging is 100% recyclable and the slips the artwork is in are 100% compostable! Please recycle/compost your packaging appropriately. ♡
All post goes out in fully boarded envelopes and ‘DO NOT BEND’ stickers to ensure the condition of the post. Larger prints go out in stiff postal tubes. I do absolutely everything I can do to ensure your post arrives in the perfect condition I sent it in and I take no responsibility for any damages caused by the postal service - If these issues were to occur I suggest you take it up with your postal service.

I do not offer refunds or accept a return of items. I ship all my prints/products in perfect condition and in sturdy and secure packaging and will not take responsibility for any damages caused by the postal service. If this were to occur (very unlikely) I would suggest you take it up with the postal service.

If you missed your delivery / failed to answer or can’t track your parcel you can file a missing parcel claim on the ‘An Post’ website. Most countries will hold the post up to 14 days before returning it so please call your local depot for collection if you missed it. You’ll most likely receive a ‘what to do’ slip in the door if you couldn’t be reached the day(s) of the delivery.
If your parcel is returned to me because you failed to retrieve it I can reship to you but you are responsible to repay postage fees. I will not refund returned items.

Because of delays in post this christmas the company who produced my scarves has said orders could be delayed up until January (but they will do their best to get them to me sooner.)
Unfortunately this is out of my control but I am happy to offer you a refund and relist the scarf for other buyers if you are not willing to wait <3
